It's quite a large Costa. Great staff here. Seating inside and out. Not the nicest outdoor seating area. But that can't be helped as it's just the location of the shop.

All I would like to say is that this is the best Costa bar none. i Visit quite a few costas, in crown point which is always untidy and looks run down, the one in birstall again quite small but not very clean. I visit during my lunch hour from work, some evenings maybe three or four times a week I visit and the place is very very clean, I went there this morning 24/1/26. And it was as always impeccably clean, the floor was immaculate the baby chairs stacked up neatly on the side tables very clean, the atmosphere absolutely brilliant the moment I walked in I was greeted by a smile from chandar

I would like to complain about Jatin at alwoodley costa. He is rude ,really bad customer service and cannot make a decent dry coffee. I politely asked the manager to train him up and this has , judging by his coffees. He also says he will complain about me!!! As I mentioned him to the manager.

Terrible drinks. Ordered iced hazelnut latte and it tasted terrible, no taste of syrup or coffee. Sandwiches were extra heated we couldn't eat them for a while. Definitely not worth the price
