I visited PizzaExpress on Street Lane tonight and had an amazing experience. The food was excellent, and I was served by a lovely lady and a gentleman who were both friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was perfect – the pizza was amazing, the drinks were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Well done, PizzaExpress Street Lane! Thank you for a fantastic evening. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful restaurant , great location . Servers were nice and polite. When we sent food back to the kitchen we could hear the chefs complaining about it and making fun of our requests, the whole restaurant could hear it too. Absolutely disgraceful, appalling and disgusting to say the least. They need home training and know that there is a place and time or at least complain quietly where customers cannot hear it. Will not return or recommend anybody attending this location. I’m dis-gus-TED

I often attend this branch and it's always been great. However on this visit the service was really bad. They were clearly understaffed. The waitress seemed irritated with our table of 4 at times ( we had two children with us). She refused to allow us to split the bill and use monetary vouchers. We must have waited nearly 20 minutes to pay the bill. Over half an hour to order dessert. I would look over to get the attention of someone and I could see the manager laying tables - when there was no on waiting to be seated. I had asked twice to pay the bill at this point. Great meal, perfect for me and the toddler. A bit pricey but worth it for a kid-friendly hassle free meal in a nice environment. Perfect service from our waitress Britney who helped us figure out the App and was friendly and attentive.
