The staff seem under pressure even with just a few people waiting. But were polite. The actual cafe itself is pretty awful. Needs refurbishing. The soft chairs have terrible covers, I think they are to cover chairs that have seen better days. They look dirty and are ill fitting. It all just feels grubby. I won't be going back

A lovely coffee spot, great value food and drink. Lots of space if you have a pram and there is even a little play space for younger children. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff are lovely

I visited at 1.30 on a Saturday afternoon. The place was by no means packed, but there were a few people having lunch /coffee around. I mention this because it is relevant to the review I am leaving. Also, there were three staff members working behind the till which was plenty for how busy it was. Today I ordered a pigs in blankets panini, a sticky toffee muffin and a regular cappuccino with caramel syrup. I was asked if I wanted the panini warmed, so I said yes why not. About 3 minutes passed and the woman sorting my food says to go and sit down & they'll bring the food over to me when it's

Its ok, can't comment on the drinks as only purchased sandwiches. Rather disappointing as label states made fresh but bread was soggy and tuna dry. Should have stuck with known chain brand.
