Dean Wincott★★★★The place to eat in Chelmsford for breakfast or brunch. My rule for a full english breakfast is the sausage rules and if tasty the breakfast is good. The breakfast here is great and today I tried the steak stack, delicious. Staff are friendly and efficient and a great location for a good shopping day
