I’ve been to Jamaica Blue twice. It’s a nice place to grab a coffee or enjoy brunch, especially if you’re taking a break from shopping. The food is good, and there’s a decent selection of cakes and brunch options. However, the service can be quite slow. On both visits, there was a bit of a wait, and you may need to remind staff if you’ve ordered a specific cake, as it can sometimes take a while to arrive. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it can get quite noisy, making it difficult to hear the person sitting next to or opposite you. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a quick coffee or a casual brunch

Been to Jamaica blue few times with my Partner. An honest opinion of the shop the food takes a bit of time to come on a busy day, but I understand as I was told there was only 1 main chef to make 20+ food at a time. The drinks are amazing, Baristas always said Hello and Thank you to customers before they leave the shop. Never once been ignored or been treated rude by the staff. Always welcomed me with a bright smile. I would definitely choose Jamaica Blue over other cafes in town specifically for their customers service and food. My experience at Jamaica blue was great, i had ordered the Lebanese Chicken Salad and a hot chocolate, the chicken salad was so flavourful and everyone was very welcoming and friendly, my drink came in perfect time and was lovely and hot, i will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you 🤩
