Gave this place a try and it’s a bit of a mixed bag, so landing on 2⭐️. The vibe is very greasy spoon/diner, but unfortunately it actually smells like it too — strong old oil and fried food as soon as you walk in. Service-wise, the waitress was genuinely lovely and the highlight of the visit. You can tell she’s working hard. There’s also a bald guy in the kitchen (assuming the boss) loudly directing everyone, which made the whole place feel a bit tense. Food was underwhelming for the price. I had the Turkish sausage panini — which turned out to be about 5 tiny slices of sausage with cheese

Never ordered a salad before and this one has set the bar high! It’s was absolutely delicious, not a dry bit in sight! The hubby couldn’t get enough of his club sandwich either, all was gorgeous and hot and generous portions! Very clean and friendly staff, enjoyed the music too! We will definitely return & I definitely recommend:) Thankyou!

Went to this cafe last weekend with a friend and honestly loved it. Their coffee and cakes were so good I ended up packing one to take home as well. We had a fantastic experience at Bridge Cafe in Chester. The food was fresh, delicious, and excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The café has a lovely atmosphere and is a perfect place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee while exploring Chester. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!
