We love coming to this cafe when we’re in Chichester. The staff are super friendly and the coffee is always really good. I would give 5 stars if the toilets had been cleaner, also there were lots of flies where we were seated at the rear of the cafe, next to the toilets. This definitely needs looking into as it spoils such a lovely cafe.

Nice coffee and clean environment. Serving was hot and double cupped with plenty of seating . Toilets were just about passable.

Very busy, including with a significant number of fruit flies hanging around the place. Eventually we had to take a table right next to the tills/wash up area which resulted in being hit by spray from the taps/cleaning machine a number of times and a tray waiting to be washed up being knocked over - the manager blaming a trainee for the cafe's unsafe practices. Otherwise standard decent Cafe Nero fare and reasonable service despite being very busy when we arrived.

I ordered a tea at 5pm on a Sunday, and only after I paid they mentioned that they can only offer take away cups, and that’s always the rule after 1pm. I couldn’t help noticing that people sitting at tables nearby had tea in proper pots and china cups, and there were plenty of clean cups behind the counter. I find that lazy and unwelcoming.
