Went to The Dolphin & Anchor and accidentally ordered the “charcoal special” 🍔🔥 Burger came out completely burnt—like actually black. Sent it back, thinking it was a mistake… impressive consistency though, because the second one came back exactly the same. Apparently the excuse was that the kitchen was “too busy.” Not sure how being busy turns food into coal, but fair enough. Chips and onion rings were decent, so at least something survived the grill. If you like your burgers well done… and then done again… and then cremated, this is the place for you 👍

We had a really nice meal sat in the window overlooking The Cathedral. The food was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. All of the staff I dealt with were pleasant. Will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Really nice place for a drink or food just located in front of cathedral. Good staff and quick service via app. Place was tidy and tables were clean, not like other spoons. Most of full with students because free wifi. Plenty of seatings inside and outdoor. Had nice time.
