Ordered on uber eats and they forgot the guacamole to go with my chips. The ‘Salad’ had barely any protein in it and it is disgusting I paid £13.50 for it. Very poor and not the only negative experience I’ve had with this location - won’t be ordering again.

I order from this Chipotle on Chiswick High Road regularly, and the last four orders have either been wrong or had items missing. I’ve contacted Uber multiple times and even spoken to the store directly, and every time the excuse is “new employees.” It’s unacceptable. The service and consistency have completely broken down, and the customer experience is genuinely awful. This needs to be addressed properly no more excuses. Always missing items as to they don’t care about customers !
