I rarely leave reviews, but this experience with Chipotle Mexican Grill was beyond disappointing. I paid £15 for three steak tacos and received what I can only describe as empty, cold tortillas with a few dry pieces of steak inside. The food was inedible and honestly shocking for the price. But what made this even worse was the customer service. When I called to report the issue, the staff and manager were incredibly rude. A huge thank you to Nik and Arpit - the incredible staff at this Chipotle branch. They are the definition of excellent customer service and professionalism. Absolutely lovely! Friendly staff, generous portions, and delicious food! We visited this restaurant after my teenage son mentioned that some of his friends had been, and it was a wonderful experience. A big shout-out to the ladies who served us – it’s a shame I don’t know their names, but I hope they are valued by the management. We will definitely be coming back soon!
