I used to like going to Wimpy when I was in my teens. Not 50 years later I thought I’d see what it was like. The place looks inviting enough for a fast food cafe. The service was efficient and the food was fast. We both had a burger and chips. The burgers were awful, a piece of grey meat which tasted of old stale cooking oil. The chips seemed to be reheated old chips cooked in stale oil. A real disappointment. This is easy fast food and should be much better. McDonald’s is way better.

Thought I would take my sister here for lunch, today, we just wanted something quick and easy and we hadn’t been for years so thought we would give it ago. What a big mistake, food wasn’t terrible in fact the burger was quite pleasant but the staff!!! Two young girls, but mainly the one who seated us and took our payment was just plain rude, In fact she had no customer service skills at all!!

Absolutely horrible rude staff, 2 young girls who need to learn manners and some ounce of respect for customers. my wife came to celebrate her sisters birthday and was deeply disappointed by the service! It’s not hard to be polite and even if you don’t want to be there do not let this bad energy fall onto paying customers.

Food was decent but not for the price 32 pounds for 2 people for breakfast is very steep for quality of the food aswell Other than that everything else was pleasant
