What a warm welcome I've been meaning to visit Wimpy but finding one is so hard. I was in Birkenhead today so could resist a visit to see if it was how I remembered. I was greeted by a proper gentleman who went over the options on the menu but I already knew I wanted the 1/4 pounder with cheese salad onions and wimpy sauce ona white bun with a strawberry thick shake topped with whipped cream. I wasn't disappointed burger was juicy salad crisp bun fresh, milk shake cold thick creamy and delicious. I recently visited this Wimpey Fast Food Outlet at the Pyramids Shopping Centre in the centre of Birkenhead and was plesantly surprised with the standard of services and courtesy of the manager who was working on his own. He obviously was well acquainted dealing with customers and keen people were satified with their order. I only had a real orange drink, strawberry milk shake plus a dish of vanillia ice cream. My. bill came to about £13. Seating was comfortable enough and I enjoyed the refreshments. This Wimpey outlet is of typical design, clean and tidy. Somewhere where you can sit and r
