I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the Store Manager during my recent visit. As a loyal Costa customer, this experience has genuinely made me think twice about continuing to use the brand. I came in intending to buy a coffee and asked to use the toilet, but I was told I had to make a purchase first because the facilities were “being abused.” I had just finished a long drive and was still in my work uniform, clearly in need of using the bathroom. I’ve been to this Costa quite a few times now and the experience has always been really good. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always provide quick service even when it’s busy. The coffee is consistently made well, and the food is always fresh and warm. The cafe itself is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to sit down for a coffee, study, or meet up with friends. You can tell the team genuinely cares about customer service and keeping the place running smoothly. Definitely one of the better Costa branches I’ve visited.

The staff member was very rude and my experience here was quite frustrating and frankly absurd. I visited with a friend on the evening of 24th April and we ordered two different desserts and a coffee. The desserts were placed together on a single plate, and when I politely asked if they could be put on separate plates for two people, I was told rather dismissively that there was “a plate underneath” and we could separate it ourselves. First time be kicked out by coffee shop just because I stay there study too long even I bought a drink from them. Never happen in other shop. They give me two choices: purchase more or leave. I prefer leaving this such bad customer service coffee shop then purchase at other shop rather than spending any money on Costa again.
