This place is a little mad....nowhere near big enough for the footfall going through Rushmere. Very difficult to get a table, cramped tables and loud. Staff are a mixed bunch from reasonably pleasant to others who you can tell are hating their job and portray that outwardly in their body language & complete lack of interest in interacting with customers. Only for the limited coffee/dining options in Rushmere, this place is best missed out

Called in for a cuppa yesterday. All the staff were great. From acknowledgement to service to table clearing for me. A special mention for Jamie though. When I was putting my tray on the table I noticed my finger was bleeding quite badly. I spoke to Jamie who helped me to get it cleaned up. He got the first aid box and even put a plaster on for me. I'm not very good with blood so his help was very much appreciated.
