Has gone drastically down hill. Not welcoming even when hardly anyone in. Food awful. Asked for well done chicken but it wasn't, under done, spicy fries with no spice had to ask. Never checked to see if everything ok. Never agian. No standards at all.

First time I didn’t enjoy Nando’s … There was many mistakes today and felt like a waste of money .. One thing to take away from this today is to never ever go to Nando’s 1 hour before closing time as you don’t get quality food .. So we came here around 21:10 today.. After we got seated we been told that basically neatly half the menu isn’t available only left with very minimal options from menu with only 2 sorts of chicken available.. I’m quite surprised the chef didn’t know the amount of stock they have to order for Monday .. Anyways .. The waitress was lovely , but the food was unfortunately

Great takeaway from Nando’s. Order was ready when I arrived and everything was correct and still hot. Food was good as usual. Elle who served me and was friendly making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a smooth experience

Never been a fan of spicy food so wasn't holding out for amazing grub. But I was pleasantly surprised, we went to Nando's Darlington as it opened and was greeted by a smiling waiter who explained everything we needed to know about our first visit and showed us to our seats the area was nice and clean and the decor to match was a lovely touch nice colours and fixtures. The food I ordered was a non spicy mild mango butterfly chicken burger with peri peri chips and omg it was beautiful delicious I even had a splash of ready available sauce from mild to extreme yes I went for mild while Amy went f
