I can be a little snobbish about food court outlets but I’m glad I ventured out of my comfort zone today and grabbed a falafel wrap from Villa Express. The salad and meat on display appears fresh and tasty, with the facilities clean and the staff friendly. With the falafel wrap you have the choice to go for three types of salad and lovely dollops of hummus and mayo. It came to £5.99 for the wrap which left me pleasantly full. If you’re looking for fast food in Derby which doesn’t break the bank nor the health goals I highly recommend Villa.

I had a poutine box with chicken and went for the go super option and the garlic potatoes on the side. The potatoes were ok, I can see why people like the garlic seasoning but I felt like they lacked in salt. The poutine box is small but they do pack a lot of food in to them so it was reasonably filling. It taste good but it could have done with more sauce. 2: I had the chicken poutine again and a falafel rox box or whatever it's called. For the price it's good, I had a bit of leftovers too. The falafel was good. I wasn't crazy about the plainish rice in the Rox box, really needed more sauce

First time visit and very disappointed. The staff were friendly but the service was bad. It wasn’t busy at all at the time. But I had to repeat a simple order for a single wrap meal three times. Then forgetting my order, I had a long wait for chips for my meal. Food was not great. The chicken wrap was cold, barely had any meat in it, tasted stale. On top of that, it was completely stuck to the paper because the server tried to warm it inside the wrapping. Impossible to eat when it’s not wrapped properly, stuck on the paper and falling apart. The chips and dip were nice, but ruined by the wrap
