⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best McDonald's in the UK – Liverpool This is hands down the best McDonald's I've visited in the UK, and it comes down to one thing: the staff. The cleanliness here is exceptional – and I don't say that lightly. This is an incredibly busy store, packed with families and children when I visited. So I waited 25min for my order and there was a queue of delivery drivers waiting on their food, there was a guy who even had to get his order remade because they completely lost track of their orders. Disgusting service honestly the manager was there but she was clearly unable to manage her team. My food order was wrong as I ordered a double fillet burger but got home to only see its a single, I am a paying customer so it’s honestly a shame on this branch who are unable to manage their team to make sure the right orders go to customer. Went through the drive thru. At the window to receive the food the worker told us to drive forward past all the windows and wait which is strange. There was no queue behind us either. Five minutes later a different worker came out to the car and asked us what we ordered and then went to the drive thru window to get our orders. Was not given the sauces we asked for and was not given any cutlery for the salad meaning we had to go in and staff including the manager were rude. Chips were freezing. Awful McDonalds

Very disappointed with my experience at McDonald's today. The lady serving us had a rude attitude from the moment we approached the counter. She wouldn't let us properly place our order and kept interrupting us. She then accused me of being rude when I was simply trying to order food. Customer service should be polite and respectful, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The interaction left a bad impression and made us feel unwelcome.
