Mark P★I don't go to coffee shops often, and I'd say this was my first visit today 24/05. I wasn't very pleased with the service at the checkout, with their stony, soulless faces and attitude. I don't think I'll go there again. I don't like being served with an arrogant attitude. Teach your staff to put their phones away and smile when they greet customers. I think they've forgotten what they're there to serve.

Would come out of my way to visit this store again !

Lilly Riches★Absolutely disgusting went in to get a coffee on a cold day and soon as we got the drink the whipped cream was deflating and smelt and tasted funky then when we went up to let them know we said it a polite way sorry we aren’t the people to complain but this is off then the worker rolled her eyes and said well it is fresh cream IT WASNT then gave us dirty looks for the whole time we was there absolutely disgusting attitude of the blonde and small scraggy girl customer service is a main role In a place like this and they have failed TREMENDOUSLY never going back
