Ell Jones★Visited on a Thursday evening, so it wasn’t even busy, yet the service was unbelievably poor. One member of bar staff was openly rude to my boyfriend, telling him to wait because she was “in the middle of a conversation,” as if serving customers was an inconvenience. When he ordered three Guinness, she complained about having to pour them, saying she hates doing Guinness and that the barrel was nearly empty. Honestly, if pouring drinks is such a problem, working behind a bar might not be the right job. No apology, no professionalism, just attitude. Safe to say we won’t be coming back.
