A great evening at the Gidi grill where we had 3 meat baskets. The quarter chicken was very tender and well seasoned but the portion was somewhat inconsistent across the baskets (albeit this is because of the chosen piece). The pork was well cooked, the sausage was tasty and the steak was seasoned well. The steak’s doneness was fine but the cut’s thickness was slightly inconsistent. Service was great and the restaurant is quite nice. Overall, great food but the portions are definitely a bit small for the price.

Went out for a meal with my partner for my birthday today and i simply can't put into words how amazing the whole experience was! The atmosphere was phenomenal, the service was prompt, attentive and everyone was super nice! I even got a little sing and dance before leaving with the servers which was awesome! Made me feel so special on my special day! Don't get me started on the food, it was very well seasoned, cooked perfectly and the presentation blew us away! Will definitely be returning and recommending to anyone who will listen!

Ended up stopping over in Dundee for the night, and stumbled across this place, what can I say it’s was nothing short of perfection. One of my favourite types of food is West Indian/Caribbean and this was up there with the best I’ve had. The staff were all the staff were super friendly and full of energy and good vibes. When I’m next in the area I’ll be coming back!
