Popped in here as part of a wee nostalgia trip for me to Dundee. My mum used to take me here as a kid & it hasn't changed a bit 🙂 There's something very homely about it. Like going to your Gran's for tea as a kid. The staff are friendly. They serve simple food that tastes good. Tony's Diner has been around for at least 30 years & I hope they're around for a good 30 more ❤️

Tony's diner is a little gem off the main high Street. It's been in business for around 20 years. It's great value cafe food that will keep you going throughout the day whether you're just looking for a coffee and a cake or having a very good value breakfast for £3.95 which included a cup of tea; sorted! In my eyes that's unbeatable value. It also has loads of great budget options for whatever you are in the mood for. One thing to note though it's cash payment only.

On the 3rd day Jesus rolled out the tomb, and if I were Jesus just ressurected from the dead I would make a B-line straight to Dundee to get my morning fix at Tony's Diner. A proper honest establishment at proper honest prices, what you see is what you get. A homely full breakfast for less than a fiver! Worth noting that it is cash only so keep that in mind before you pay, however they dont mind if you go to the nearby cash machine.
