I’m honestly shocked. I’m a regular customer of Nando’s and have visited many of their locations. However, my recent visits to the Ealing Common branch have been very disappointing. It felt like there was no management present. There were around 20 staff members just standing around, chatting and joking with each other, while only one person was on the till. Today, I saw staff out of uniform, people wearing hoodies, and even some running in and out of the kitchen to the garden area, joking and play-fighting. Visited Nando’s Ealing Common yesterday afternoon for the first time, and unfortunately it will likely be my last. My first impression was simply that it was the smallest Nando’s I’ve ever been to — which is fine, because size doesn’t matter as long as the food and service are good. Had a great experience at Nando’s in Ealing Common! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. Big shout-out to the manager CC for being so welcoming and making sure everything was perfect, and compliments to the chef for an amazing meal.
