I’ve been a big fan of Nando’s for years and have always enjoyed the food and felt it offered good value for money. Lately, though, I’ve noticed prices have risen significantly while portion sizes seem to be getting much smaller. I appreciate that operating costs have probably increased, but being faced with both higher prices and reduced portions is disappointing. On top of that, my last few visits haven’t matched the usual standard. I’ve been served burnt food on more than one occasion. What really stood out was the service from Peter and Tyler. Both were friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout. They made sure everything was running smoothly and created a welcoming atmosphere, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
