Brilliant pub and restaurant. Staff are amazing and they do their very best to ensure you leave having had a positive experience. Varied menu, great prices and good portion sizes and good quality ingredients. We visited today with our daughter and will definitely be back. The Cricketers is our favourite place to eat in the area and we can’t wait until the new coffee machines arrive! Huge thank you to the management as always for the friendly service and hospitality.

Walked in at 1300 on a Sunday in the middle of the Sunday lunch rush without a reservation and were accommodated a table in the bar area, which we were more than happy with as we weren’t sure if we’d even get in! Debbie was great and the team were so accommodating, even moving us to a bigger table when one became free to give us more space with our toddler. Food excellent, drinks great and reasonably priced for the quality of food and service delivered. Will be returning again!

The food and service is brilliant. We had the sharer plate. Really well presented and cooked halloumi fries, potato pancake and ciabatta - the hummous, pesto and dips were clearly homemade with really fresh ingredients and were delicious. Bravo!
