I spend a lovely evening in the Engineer as I was locked out the house, I started off with a Brownie dessert with a cuppa to steady the ship before moving on to a double chicken burger main- everything was cooked on-point ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff are LOVELY. Highly recommend.

We often pass this little gem, Scottish Engineer, on our way to and from the Western General Hospital, and we finally decided to stop in for a meal this week — and wow, what a fantastic find! Great place. Food was amazing. Pub is big so when there are 5-6 tables you have to wait a bit for service. In any case I recommend the haggis burger and mac and cheese was brilliant. Kids corner was also great. My daughter loved it. Family friendly place. Beer is also fab. Has a pool table!
