Walnut is a brilliant restaurant for a special meal that is feels expensive but is affordable. It is a lovely intimate restaurant with about five or six tables. The service is always very attentive, the menu is seasonal and the food is always delicious. They offer a set menu of two or three courses, with three options for each course, including vegetarian and pescatarian options, and you also get a small pre-starter and petit four. They have small but great wine and cocktail menu. If I can recommend one thing - walnut desert is absolutely wonderful!
