This is a cozy pub. Real authentic style and decor. One half of the pub is for walk-in and the other for reservations. The menu offers an adequate amount of courses and drinks. They serve wine, beer, cocktails and whiskeys. The food we got tasted awesome. A fun thing is that the kitchen is really small - but they sure do kick out a lot of food - tasty and well prepared made. Only one waiter was working the pub area - so it was a bit slow. But it did not ruin our visit. Definitely a place to visit when nearby.

We felt like in the end of the world 💙 Food was incredible, ale pie with cabbage was so delicious, I wanted to be back and eat it again and again. My husband had fish and chips and it was also really really good. And they have a book full of whisky so you can taste what you wish. But please don’t forget to book it in advance because it is trully worthy.

Amazing experience for my first pub in scotland! The staff has been very accommodating, very welcoming and found me a seat without reservation. Really grand experience here! It was our first pub in Scotland and they didn’t disappoint. Though it was very crowded the waiter never forgot about us and stayed in good spirits. The food was incredible and very rich. We split a steak pie with Merlot gravy. You can tell there was care in crafting the food even when it was extremely busy.
