Emily Tysoe★Everything from cups, plates and cutlery, to the tables and chairs was dirty, including the prep areas behind the til. The staff didn't seem efficient in the prep, customers had to repeat themselves and they just didn't seem bothered. I found hair in one of the pastries so I didn't feel safe eating or drinking anything. The howgate itself is run down so just fits in with the overall vibe really. Would not recommend at all
