ordered a cream egg mc flurry, got a smarties, burger was out of the packaging, and drinks were less then half full. not happy and neither are the kids. disgraceful

Food is always cold. Of poor quality, soggy and when ordering for delivery there are always items missing. Me and my fa.ily are yet to receive a complete order. When you phone up to complain it gets disregarded and ever a refund for the missing items. Terrible store. Time for new management and staff. Get people in who care about customer service and get people in to expedite the orders and this store could change for the better

A typical town McDonald’s pretty much exactly as you would expect. I visit maybe 2-5 times a year and it’s like Groundhog Day, to be honest! The food is ok, this time I had a McRib which everything fell out of when I picked it up but that’s standard! The service is made all the better by one of the managers whose always offers a friendly service, in fact she’s not too dissimilar to a certain adult film star so always brights a dull day in Fleet for me when she’s working! Overall, as you’d expect and in a handy location when shopping in Fleet if you need a quick bite. Stairs and lift to first f

Crap ordering system. Order disappears from the "preparing" column on the screen and doesn't appear on the collect screen. Food is overpriced and service is crap nowadays. The toilets are dirty.
