Most of the staff at this location, especially the self check out staff, are completely rude and show no willingness to help a customer. I had a loose fruit product where the sticker had fallen off and it was the last one in stock. When I asked for help from an older lady who had redish brownish shoulder length hair in her 50s or 60s, she rudely said to me "yeah hold on" because there was another customer needing help. I hadn't noticed this customer, and a simple "I'll be with you in a moment" would have sufficed. When she did come back and I explained that this was the last item and there wa

For some reason I always get the most awkward grumpy member of staff. We wanted a meal for 2 but they put items in the meal fridge that do not go with the meal and you end up paying full price and not the meal price. We got to the self service till and the assistant was rude. Because we are elderly we are stupid !!! I really dislike going in Asda and avoid it.

I don't shop here usually because in the past I found it a bit untidy & a staff member I asked for help to was not very helpful at all. My visit a few weeks ago was very good, a big clothing department, prices a good & shelves well stacked. Very busy.. Nice plants well watered which makes a change at the local Morrisons they are short staffed & don't get watered hence lots of dead plants.
