The rudest of staff this morning. There was no queue I was with a friend we both ordered a drink and food. No welcome no customer focussed service. The man (who served us) and woman on shift made conversation between themselves the whole time we were in front of them. Which having a customer service background is totally disrespectful. Shop independent guys.

Walked in waited in a long queue which is never a issue and was met at the end of it with the rudest attitudes by two of the staff rushed my order for me to pay, and when I asked for a different lid had eyes rolled and told his colleague he wants to “ smash his head against the wall”. I asked for a different lid lol I didn’t think any of it was necessary and just pissed off the customers behind me and next to me. A busy rush doesn't require a shitty attitude.
