I’m really disappointed to be writing this, as La Strada in Frome has been one of our favourite places for years and somewhere we visit regularly. On this occasion, I ordered a large cappuccino and a smoothie. Unfortunately, the smoothie was very watery and not filled to the top. More concerning, though, was the cappuccino — when I opened the lid, it was not even half full, despite being ordered as a large. My mum and I were both really let down by this experience. La Strada is our favourite place to have brunch in Frome. We are very lucky to have such a great selection here, but this just tops it for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are engaging when you ask for a recommendation. The place is always busy, which is a sign of its popularity. Walked in for an iced tea after a hectic day. Delicious and rich peach flavour, only 4£! There is so much variety, from drinks to chocolates to gelato. Location is central, in a picturesque street. Staff is lovely and efficient.
