I’ve been to quite a few McDonald’s, but McDonald's Frome is genuinely one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in. The place is always well kept, tables are cleared quickly, and the overall atmosphere feels much nicer than your average branch. The staff are really friendly and approachable and even when I’ve had a couple of small issues with orders, the team and managers always resolve them quickly and without any hassle, which makes a big difference. I stopped here for breakfast, and I had an issue with printing the receipt and I asked for assistance, and it was immediately sorted out for me. My food was delivered within 3 minutes of me sitting down and it was all fresh and hot. The store and the toilets were impeccable clean. This store is definitely a credit to the McDonald's brand.

I go here every Saturday for 9 sausage and egg McMuffin meals for my work colleagues as nobody likes working Saturday really so just a little pick me up treat :). I always order over the app and notify them when I leave and when I have arrived, I understand I will be parked up and asked to wait due to the large order and I never complain.
