We visit this place quite often, and it never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming, and the food is consistently great, but today’s visit was especially memorable. The food was absolutely amazing. The pizza was so delicious that we finished it within minutes! As vegetarians and vegans, we really appreciate having so many options, as there aren’t many places that offer such a wide variety. The restaurant was very busy and had a lively atmosphere, but our hostesses were outstanding. Martina and Sheri truly went above and beyond with their service. My worst ever pizza express experience. Having eaten PE countless times in my life I was extremely disappointed to have the worst food I’ve ever had from them this evening. My Uber Eats order of a Double American and Hot Honey Dough Balls turned out to be absolutely vile. I have no doubt that the restaurant staff took unkindly to the late order and prepared my food with zero care or attention to detail. Take this as a word of warning. NEVER order pizza express delivery after 10PM

We waited over 40 minutes for our food to arrive, which was ludicrous. And the starters and pizzas were brought at the same time. Ensuring starters are served in advance of main courses is a basic skill. When the poor service was flagged with the manager he blamed the earlier busy period, yet the place was half full. The bill had an extra serving of dough balls listed that had to be removed. I’m surprised this PE restaurant has such good reviews! My experience was not great. Went on a sat evening just before Christmas, only one maybe 2 tables with people at them. Waited for a bit to seated, finally just seated ourselves as no one attended to us. Orders were taken quickly enough but the server forgot one of our starters claiming I didn’t order it, even though my sister in law heard me say it/order it. Pizza was rolled so thin it had dried out in the baking so most of it was crispy and inedible. How could a pizza restaurant get a pizza so wrong?? Could hear chefs having heated arg
