Had fish and chips here. Was very fresh, flaky fish and the chips were crunchy and fluffy inside. Lovely little snug area with a real fire as well. Staff were great, efficient and friendly. Will be back. Pet friendly.

The pub has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. It is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff are attentive and polite. Everything is clean and tastefully done. The food I ordered however was not to the same standard. Both beers I tried were very astringent. Hopefully these will improve to the same high standard as everything else on offer. It's also very dog friendly. Jars of dog biscuits are at the door.

Went for steaks with friends. Our waiters Megan and June were first class. Great atmosphere for a Saturday early evening. Good seating for watching sports and dining. Steak was perfectly cooked. A really great experience. Will be back for sure!

Had a lovely dinner at the Hyndland Rock pub. Great service: staff is fun and joyful, great atmosphere: the decor is cozy and classy, and the food was terrific: really enjoyed the Spinach/Falafel burger. We dined on Friday night, and the music was first class. Shout-outs to the great staff that served us - Gordy, Andy and Liam (Kitchen), June, Jaime, Ewan, Erin, Callum and Megan (Bar/Serving staff). Thanks for a great evening! We're coming back, for sure!
