Tex Ann in Harrow is hands down one of the best places to eat if you’re looking for amazing flavour, friendly service, and great value. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by warm, polite staff who make you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. I did not want post this review but Tex Ann seems to incompetent. I dined in and ordered 4 meals for £50. They double charged me and then never refunded me. They keep making vague deflections. Not sure why they need to trick customers into tapping their card twice and then pretending they don't know how to refund. Very strange and dodgy. Full context: I paid by card and the staff said I needed to tap my card again as the first one did not register (when it did!). I then showed the staff my banking app 10 minutes later so they can see I got charged twice and they said it will correct itself.

The delivery was perfect but the portion size was very small and little to no chicken was inside our gyros, a little disappointed considering the price and rating! Otherwise tasted good.
