Had a great experience in Sainsbury's Harpenden today courtesy of Vittoria (?) She was extremely helpful both in the store and at the tills and made things go a lot quicker. She was friendly to everyone and always smiled at customers, both young and older. Despite it being a smaller shop, without the usual full range of items, I managed to get almost everything I needed and done. Just the terrible phone signal in the shop and toilets were a problem (both the ladies and the disabled cubicle were out of order). Apart from that, all good!

Great supermarket, selling almost everything! Great bulk section at back right of store. Good parking at rear of store also. Nice new look to store entrance. Beware all parking at street level is now charged for with first 30mins only for free, but you still have to input your registration or you will get fined. Paying by phone is charged for, even for the free period!

This Sainsbury's looks a little out dated from the entrance to me , like a older Sainsbury's a few years back. The flower display in here looks very nice but there was alot of litter on the floor as i walked around this shop, the stock on the shelves wasn't great and had a few gaps. I was suprised to see groups of 3 or more staff standing together talking and relaxing when the store needed some work. The Male toilets in here were not great ,and in need of the litter being picked up, toilet paper, but saying that it was a busy shop with lots of customers. The paintings on the outside were very
