I feel like the quality of the chicken has gone down (it never used to make me sick but now it sometimes does), the fries remain absolutely fantastic with decent portion size. Their prices are still competitive but starting to creep up to the "not decently priced" category. Would be happy at this price if the chicken quality was the same as it was a few years ago. Overall pretty good

Avoid Dawley Chicken at all costs. The service was completely unacceptable. The staff member at the counter could not properly understand basic English, made ordering unnecessarily difficult, and then tried to charge me for items I never asked for while ignoring my questions. The food was just as bad the wings were cold. When I pointed this out, I was told “that’s all we have,” which says everything about their standards. When I asked for a refund, his attitude became outright rude. He argued that I shouldn’t have touched the food, which is a ridiculous excuse there is no other way to check if

We ordered two meals of 5 strips via just eat. When we opened up the packaging we only had 3 strips out of the 10. We decided to call up and were greeted with zero empathy for the botched order and the guy on the phone insisted he put it into the bag yet it was nowhere to be seen. In fact he basically said he knew for sure that it's in the bag...as if we didn't check the whole bag or basically implying we're blind. They straight up deny any wrongdoing and basically tell you "it's definitely in the bag" "there's CCTV and I definitely put it in the bag" then he says "your meal only comes with 3

I will continue to come here as the staff are generally friendly and the food is good. However, the main issue is that staff often charge at the start and then forget to include some of the food. This has happened to me on several occasions. I live quite far from the shop, so when I get home and realise items are missing, I have to call the shop and go back to collect them, which is very frustrating. I hope the staff receive better training in this area so the service can improve.
