Very disappointing experience at Hayes Spice. The food did not seem fresh at all and much of it appeared old and stale. The chicken was rock hard, dry, and tasted as though it had been sitting for a long time. The biryani was overly spiced and difficult to enjoy. The chaat papri was soggy, the kheer did not taste fresh, and to make matters worse, there was a hair in the chow mein. We raised these issues with the manager during our visit, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. We ended up leaving hungry because there was nothing worth eating. Chicken smelled and Karahi etc was too oily

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were looking for a good place for Iftar and decided to try Hayes Spice, and we are so glad we did. We tried their Iftar buffet, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was outstanding, and one of the staff members, Palak, looked after us exceptionally well. She was very welcoming, attentive, and truly hospitable, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A fantastic place for Iftar with great food and excellent service. Highly recommended

We randomly came across the restaurant. Food was great, service was spectacular 💯 from Aman and Garima, food service was fast and efficient. Staff was really helpful. We would have thought the place looks luxurious and extremely well maintained would cost us a bomb, however it's an extremely reasonable price for all their options. The value of the place was great. It was quite when we were in the shop with no music, however just as we were finished the music was turned on and it was an excellent environment. The attendants and customer care by Navdeep Kaur & Palak is beyond excellent . Mohomad Farooque the owner went out of the way to look after us while the Iftar was full and even got Us food outside the restaurant to open our Roza whilst they made space and eventually got us a table . Coming from Dubai on Holiday and this was my first iftar at Hayes Spice . Highly recommended for Iftar n food .
