Over 2.5hours for 1 course. Ordered the butcher block medium rare. All of which was over cooked. They replaced the fillet steak that was well done and admittedly gave us a full 8oz fillet as they had run out of the smaller ones. This came blue and again was sent back. Every table around us was waiting for drinks or some form or service. The table behind us literal asked how long we waited for our food as we were leaving as they had been waiting an age for theirs. We also saw a table get the bill, complain that it was the wrong bill, the waitress then took over 15minutes to do whatever she was

My wife and I were served by a lovely young chap named Jack. Very polite and knowledgeable of the food and cocktails menus. Had a wonderful meal, cooked perfect and delicious. Several different cocktails all made and served in good time and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Would happily dine there again in the not too distant future. 5 stars

We visited the hereford restaurant on the 17th Jan and it was the worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had. The food was abysmal taking nearly 2 hours to come out along with a well done steak come out as a medium rare and stone cold chips, no butter on the steaks and a side of dry potatoes with no butter and were stone cold. Very poor service and food quality and the server/manager blaming ‘operational issues’ in the kitchen. Won’t be rushing back to this restaurant.
