I had a really disappointing experience due to the poor service I received. The staff member(Aaminah) I interacted with was quite rude and unhelpful throughout. She didn’t seem interested in assisting or even listening properly, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.people do dining out just to get good service. I visited Naanstaap in Ilford with a friend after iftar to have chai, as it’s usually one of our favourite spots. Unfortunately, this visit left us very disappointed due to the behaviour of one of the staff members at the till I’m attaching a picture of him. There were dates placed on the counter display. I used to go there quite frequently for their chai. I was never a huge fan of their breakfast, but yesterday my friend and I ordered chicken karahi naan, which unfortunately was not fresh. On her very first bite, my friend said there was something wrong with it. I tasted it but didn’t notice anything at first.
