I like this Costa in the Eastgate Centre. I have been a few times now and the staff are very friendly. It is big enough to take a lot of customers. There are plenty options for drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some new cold drinks. My favourite cake is the lemon muffin it is so nice. There is outdoor seating but you are still inside the Eastgate Centre. This is a great place to meet friends and enjoy time together.

Retail park inverness is fine and the staff are always busy but as an ex water supply engineer can I suggest you put a push button or sensor tap on the sink behind the counter? It runs every minute of every day I have gone in and your water WILL be on a meter . You always remind us of your mission to protect the environment so please lead by example.

Not visited this Costa for a while...now I remember why... incredibly slow service & quite possibly the worst coffee so far this year... absolutely drowned with additional water! Not good 😡

This Costas was operating with out enough staff. The tables had not been cleared, the bin was overflowing & the coffee machine had used cups & milk jugs all over it. The person operating the till was also making the hot drinks. Surely this cant be good safety & hygeine practice.!!
