After trying the Sunday roast, I can confidently say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The lamb was full of flavour, the portion was generous, and it was excellent value for money. Although the fish was unavailable, Hannah was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable and was able to recommend an alternative dish, which was thoroughly enjoyed. I was puzzled so I asked them about it, they said the promo was for a single shot G&T, and since I ordered a double I had to pay the original double shot G&T price. Seriously? Couldn't they have just charge it as 2 single shot G&T?? They refused to do anything about it so yea.. no service recovery too
