I had a great experience at the Kirby KFC. Leah was amazing — friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. All the other workers were great too, working hard and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Really good service and a place I’d be happy to visit again. 🍗

Extremely disappointed with my recent drive-through experience. I ordered a Zinger meal with a raspberry drink (no ice). They didn't tell me the drink would only be 1/3 full without ice. The staff at the second window were incredibly rude, refused a receipt, and made me wait 20+ minutes in the parking spot for no reason. Seems like they're manipulating wait times and providing terrible service.

Service was great! Very fast, delicious food. Shoutout to leah I had a problem with the Machine when I was ordering as she was very willing to help and sorted me out. Will be visiting again!!

Buy burger meals for £5.99, which include two chicken wings. One wing looks like this: just bones covered in fried sauce. I discussed this with the staff member, who assured me that it is definitely a chicken wing. Finally, I need to try to bargain with him how food quality it is, he change another small wing. However, that’s fine. He still change it. But I will ensure that don’t go to this one rubbish KFC store
