Amazing service today! I grabbed a coffee before heading to the opticians… only to somehow drop the entire thing in the exam room - walls, floor, everything 😅 I went back to Costa for a replacement and felt like I had to explain myself so they didn’t think I was just downing coffees back-to-back… and they ended up giving me the second one on the house! So grateful - what a day!

I had great service from the guy at the counter , Ryan, who took time to explain the new signature latte to my wife and how it differed. I watched the staff whilst there and every customer got a smile and a chat. Brilliant. ( Love the coffee as well!) Whilst typing this Ryan turned up at the table with a sample!

As it is Christmas! Well, 8/12/24 I thought I tried something different as a Cappuccino caramel Cappuccino. I wanted the Christmas Nutcracker, but you have to sit in for it. I had the cajun chicken panini; it had, of course, chicken cheese and herbs in- delicious, heated up. 😋 I originally felt like a brie & cranberry panini, but you can choose only what is there. Both came to £9.49 Very good customer service. It was extremely busy in Costa. Has a large seating area. Team Valley retail park is definitely getting very busy.
