Had a great time here - drinks, food, and dessert were all wonderful. There were also a ton of substantial vegetarian options. The atmosphere is really nice - pretty and elegant, without being stuffy. Our server, Ivan, was fantastic. He was attentive and friendly. He also helped my friends surprise me with a birthday celebration and patiently took photos of our group.

We visited for my birthday and had a very enjoyable experience. The service was attentive and the atmosphere pleasant. The steaks were all cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and full of flavour. The potato fry was especially delicious (we even had a second plate), and the tenderstem broccoli was particularly good too. Wide selection of wines. We’ll be returning to try the tapas!

It’s a boring Monday evening and after having been to an appointment at 6pm we decided to give Sonrisa a try. For anyone that reads my reviews, they will know that I am a great lover of steak and this being an Argentinian restaurant, I hoped they did good steak. We skipped starters but there are two options to the menu: Tapas style small dishes and a limited Mains selection. My partner has never tried Octopus, but I warned her that if not cooked well, it becomes chewy like rubber. She also opted for a chicken parilla tapas. The food was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked perfectly. The sausage dish was especially memorable — juicy, smoky, and paired so well with the fresh salad and rich tomato dressing. Every bite felt authentic and comforting.
