We spent a gorgeous Saturday afternoon dining on their terrace . Lovely views across the docks with shaded and heated seating areas . The steaks we ordered were AMAZING! Fantastic experience – great steak and even better service! I visited Chez Mal at the Malmaison, Liverpool on the 4th of December and had a fantastic dinner. I ordered the New York strip steak with fries (see photo!) which was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium-rare. I finished off the meal with the gingerbread crème brûlée, which was a lovely treat. What really set this evening apart, however, was the service.
