I had a really pleasant experience at The Chandos in London and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and welcoming pub atmosphere. The place felt warm and friendly, with staff who were approachable and happy to help. It’s the kind of environment where you can comfortably enjoy a drink, chat with friends, or simply unwind after a long day exploring the city. One thing to note is that if you want to order food, you’ll need to head upstairs. This wasn’t a problem at all and actually added a bit of character to the experience. May we please do a special mention to the 2 who took very good care of us - Conner Holden & Samuel van der Zwet - fabulous lads! Thanks tons and for the tea on the house - what a special touch! Love our pubs and this could be likely one of our regulars to frequent. Mains were superb, those crispy chips amazing! The crumble was the perfect ending!!!

We love this place on our first visit to London and returned on our second trip. The food is ok, we had fish and chips, beer and sodas. The service was slow and we waited a long time to find a clean table. You have to make your order and pay at the cashier and then wait to be served at your table. What we loved most is the atmosphere of a real London English pub. Will go back for sure!

Lovely pub, stumbled across it while looking for somewhere to have lunch. Two open fires were ablaze (very welcome in mid February) and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to sample a draught beer before purchasing. I had a pint of the organic lager and it was delicious. Food was reasonably priced - I had a sausage sandwich with chips for £10.95. Sausages and bread were good quality although I would’ve preferred chunkier chips.
