A lovely traditional pub with lots of decor and charme. I like brewery pubs. Especially when the quality of ales is this good. The session pale and the Whitstable Lager are excellent drafts. I dig the Boxing themed interior having just recently listened to a podcast about the beginnings of English boxing. 🍺🥊

Best Party Hire Venue! x I was lucky enough to celebrate my 50th here. We hired the upstairs room with party food option, which was perfect size to be intimate enough but not too crowded for about 35 people. Our hosts were incredible, they could not do enough to help plan the event before, or assist on the night itself. Setting up the music system, decorations, lighting, arranging tables & chairs, etc. The food was amazing - really high quality for ‘party food’ - the mini fish & chips and mini burgers were especially popular. Everyone loved the venue, and had a truly magical night, my friends

Popped in for a lunchtime drink. Very nice decor of a traditional London pub named after the bare knuckle champion Tom Cribb. Pub was clean and friendly with a older lunch time crowd. Ok selection of beers and wines, just 2 lagers available. London prices which is expected. Food and bar snacks are available and there is small dining upstairs. Staff polite and friendly.
