I went in to buy a simple takeaway ice cream and was told I would need to wait ONE HOUR because they were “busy”. It’s an ice cream, not a three-course meal. The blonde girl serving was extremely rude and clearly irritated while speaking to customers. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. On top of that, I noticed she kept going into the kitchen with her hair down, which is completely unhygienic. Hair can easily end up in people’s food. The most ridiculous part was when I asked for spoons for the children. I was told they

We were able to decorate the room, put a photo slideshow on the tv and they provided a soundbar so we could play our own music. The hot buffet was exceptional. Everyone had such an amazing evening. I would highly recommend The Waterside for your next party!
